Position Overview

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an exciting career in commission sales and project management? Paint Denver is looking for a Sales Project Manager to join our team. This unique opportunity offers a 4-month training period with a base salary of $52,000 per year to build your skills with the potential to earn over $100,000 annually. This role requires some proficiency in Spanish and a basic understanding of Word and Google Suite to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and to deliver successful projects through excellent project management.

Who We Are Looking For

The perfect Sales Project Manager candidate is a dynamic and results-oriented professional who possesses a unique blend of skills and qualities essential for driving sales growth and ensuring the seamless execution of paint projects. This person is proactive, motivated, and team-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and improve.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Project Management:

  • During the 4-month training period, learn about our products, services, and project management procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and cultivating new opportunities.
  • Effectively manage paint projects from inception to completion, including oversight of subcontractor crews.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, crews, and colleagues.

2. Relationship Building:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, subcontractors, and potential partners, such as realtors, roofers, and builders.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
  • Participate in networking groups like BNI to expand your professional connections.

Qualifications

  • Some proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of Word and Google Suite.
  • Motivated, curious, and eager to work as part of a team.
  • Desire to learn and improve sales and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication as well as strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation

  • 4-month training period with a base salary of $52,000 per year.
  • Opportunity for commission-based earnings, with the potential to earn well over $100,000.
  • Company-provided phone, computer, and vehicle (once performance is established).
