Seller Financing

We know that between last minute renovations, closing costs, and everything in between, finances can be a bit tight during a sale. That’s why we offer seller financing options that will help you (and your wallet) stay comfortable during this exciting time.

• $900 minimum
• Pay from closing proceeds
• 5% flat fee for up to 4 months from the date of project completion
• 1.5% additional per 30 days thereafter
• Minimum charge of $100 dollars
• Maximum of 12 months until full payment

• Electrical outlet/switch plate cover replacement – $5 each

• Breaker box filler plate replacement – $40
